Please introduce yourself and tell us a little bit about you, and how long you’ve been camming for.

My name is CakedBttm84 and I’ve been a cam creator since the beginning of January 2023. I enjoy dancing, talking, communicating, and meeting people. I really like the networking side of camming and seeing who’s out there, what they have to say, and what they have to offer.

This is a very unique business that welcomes all – what does diversity mean to you?

Diversity is a way of expressing yourself as an individual, and not being afraid to put yourself out there in front of everybody else. All of us do that as creators, and so diversity is important on many levels. Personally, as a gay male, it’s something that I pride myself on as an individual, which is really important.

What’s the benefit to a visitor of our site to see and experience such diversity?

It lets them know that there are other people out there that are similar to them, that may have common interests or share similar aspects of different things in life. It also gives someone something that they can relate to. Therefore, it makes it more of a family community feeling, as opposed to something you’re doing alone.

Would you say you want people to know about you and your life story – Is there an effect you hope to make by being visible and interactive on a platform like this?

I would want people to know that I’m a real person, and that I have similar interests, as I’m sure many people do. If you’re thinking about putting yourself out there and are unsure, then just do it – take the plunge. I was really nervous as well, but it’s an experience that you will not regret.

Because you’re new to this and you’ve expressed some anxiety and hesitations, what made you feel welcome and at ease as you started the journey as a cam creator?

It came over time, and very slowly. It started in a way that I wasn’t expecting, because the compliments, not only from fans but also other creators, were so sincere and they helped me feel more comfortable and confident. Also, there are coaching sessions twice a week that I attend with Vanna Faye, which is not just about tips and tricks, but also support as well as words of wisdom.

Meeting some of the other creators during those coaching sessions has also been really helpful. And so now, within the first 5 minutes after I turn on my camera, it’s more of a natural feeling, the nerves aren’t really there anymore. It’s more of a confidence boost than anything, which is really awesome.

Within the few short months that I’ve been camming, I can tell a difference in my self-confidence already, and in the way that I hold myself. My appearance in general feels much more solid. It’s crazy what a few months can do to one’s insecurities, to make them vanish by really putting yourself out there and exposing yourself.
