The impact is extremely difficult to predict.

There are far too many variables in the game for someone to analyze them well enough and draw a relevant conclusion from them. 

Some managers (CEO’s or employees) use this very argument to ban these relationships in the company. “If it is still so unpredictable, why should we take risks and eliminate potential conflicts of interest that are difficult to control from the outset”?

Personally, I would not impose any restrictions and wait and see what happens. Then make a decision depending on the specific situation.

However, the procedures we have seen so far in companies (particularly in multinational companies, very rarely in entrepreneurship) relate only to marriage, and this under well-defined circumstances (direct professional relations, hierarchical subordination, etc.)

The other types of relationships (sexual, adultery, etc.) are much more difficult to define, “measure” and therefore regulate. I do not remember seeing something like this in the company regulations. However, I imagine that it exists in some places.
