  • Important news about the Paxum Mastercard

Paxum has just informed all of their Paxum SEPA Mastercard users that the card is no longer active – effective immediately. They are working on a solution and hope to offer a new roll-out of prepaid cards within the next few months. Read more to learn what this means for you and what other options you have for payments.

If you are currently holder of a Paxum SEPA Mastercard, Paxum will return the funds you had on your card back into your Paxum account within the next few days. You can then withdraw your funds from your Paxum account by using EFT/Wire, an external credit card or a UnionPay card – depending on your country of residence. In the meantime, Paxum has lowered the fees for EFT (Electronic Funds Tranfers) by 50% – from $5 USD to $2.50 USD. This discount will remain active for as long as the Paxum SEPA Mastercard is not active.
