Watch out for messages on Cam4 from users pretending to be admins.
If you receive any messages from someone claiming to be an admin and asking for your password, such as the one below, please delete it and report it to us.
Cam4 is going through an upgrade process to ensure that no data is lost from your account, we need you to confirm your login and password. Send your username and password to ” cam4xxx@xxx.com”
If you ever receive messages similar to this on Cam4, please delete them and let us know. Cam4 will never solicit you for your username and password.
you’ve changed something your end and now my cam wont start.I’ve tried asking technical for help but they just spewed a standard reply at me which I had already read on your help page.I dont get the chance to set up my room.It goes straight to my room as if I had set it up,but its just a grey box with an egg timer for a cursor.My cam works fine with all other chat progs.I’ve updated everything and cleared out my cache etc.Not been able to broadcast for months now.I come here less and less often because I can’t participate.
