Thank You For Your Patience – Cam4 Is Back To Normal!
Hey babes, we’ve finally dominated our tech problems and are back to normal! We wanted to take a minute to thank all of our members who helped us track down the issues and stayed with us. Just in time for the freaky weekend, you can now broadcast and view without any kinks. Well, only the good kind!
So, thank you all and happy camming!!
I really do think working on the issue of cams appearing in multiple sections would help out performers a ton. If they only should in one section as they should, and in the proper section, everyone would be much happier and have a much fairer shot.
Still cannot cut and paste none English so I can see what they are saying and then not tip.
The only part of your announcement that is true is “back to normal”, and that sucks, there has been NO improvement. Cams always freezing or at least jumpy. But ALL the ads, pop ups and crap work just fine. Very sad, about to say to heck with it, sure NOT about to pay for something that doesn’t work!!
No more. Couples and Females do NOT belong in the “Males” section. You just plain SUCK. ADIOS.
I agree with rhadeyj – Females and Couples showing in the Male listings. That’s really not fair to the male cammers when there are four or five couples and/or female cammers showing in the male listings. I’ve reported them but it doesn’t seem to be having any effect.
Yeah… its hard enough to get viewers on a fair playing field and even harder when multiple cams are getting spots not only in their section (couples) but also getting all the spots in the singles sections. Many cams that would other wise be on the 1 or 2nd pages are stuck on page 3 or page 4 because of this
I agree with Brian and Rhadeyj and would like to add very strongly that I am totally fed up with seeing any females performing in the MALE section. I have passed this on to Cam4 on MANY occasions and yet they never even reply let alone do anything. Surely it is not rocket science – if you have a dick you are male – if you are dickless – you are female. I have no interest in seeing females in any state of undress. That is not simply just my preference, it was the way I was born. So if you are going to have a MALE section Cam4, then I find it offensive to see any boobs and pussies in that section – in fact not only offensive but a total turnoff. So please respect your gay male audience before you lose it. You sure sure get huge amounts of revenue from us.
Also girls, if you must insist on coming into all male rooms – then please remember you are invading a space where you are not welcome by those interested in same sex activities, so please please keep your comments to yourself – they are not welcome and spoil the whole atmosphere of the room.
There are still some problems though.
A lot of models seem to have problems with the camera displaying (the video only loads for some viewers, other viewers only ever see a frozen screen or the black loading screen, sometimes mobile users can’t see the cam at all, only the profile with the green “online” button)
Also couples cams are still being shown in multiple sections. So a couple can be number 1 (or 2nd or 3rd or many other spots as is often the case) in the female section as well as the couples section, which is unfair and takes up spots for actual single females trying to be seen in that section.
Is this going to be fixed or is this just how it will be going forward?
