I confess to being one of the people who rigged this poll. I manipulated the votes in favour of Dayaanna because others werent playing fair either. I did warn you guys about suspicious voting activity before I took matters into my own hands. Anyway, I am confident she will still win this contest now that all the manipulated votes will be removed.
P.S. Dayaanna, sorry for the extra stress I am causing you now, but it broke my heart to see u working so hard to get your votes up while others were sitting on their lazy asses.

One vote per IP. But if the fraudster has a dynamic IP, and disconnects each time when vote.
Unfortunately PollDaddy only allows one vote per IP as the highest level of voting fraud protection. I agree, it leaves a lot to be had. Maybe for our next contest, we’ll require an account created in order to vote (Eek!).
All we wanna do is give tokens away for Christmas here. :)

We noticed the numbers looked really inflated so we’re re-evaluating each entry to make sure that each vote is legit. We’ve found a few IP addresses have sent repeat votes (sometimes in the thousands) – we’re removing them and limiting each vote to once per day per IP.
