Some Anal Sex Do’s and Don’ts

Published 06/08/2014

We’re in something of an Anal Sex renaissance these days, with backdoor action featured prominently in pornography and a recent scientific survey indicating that 46% of women being the recipient of an ass fucking. If you are considering adding anal sex to your repertoire, there are some common-sense tips that will make it more likely to be a mutually-pleasurable experience, which is pretty important if you ever want to have it with her again in the future.

1. Reluctant anal sex is almost always bad anal sex. If she isn’t really, really turned on, your experience is unlikely to be good, and is unlikely to be repeated. Don’t skimp on the foreplay. During penetration, either she or you should be giving her vigorous stimulation to her clitoris and/or G-Spot.

2. Don’t skimp on preparation. Ideally, you want the decks cleared so to speak, lest you end up with a god-awful mess. A quick enema, nothing too fancy, just a water bottle enema/douche from the chemists, with warm (not too hot or cold), tap water should be enough, just fill until there’s pressure in the bowel and flush out, repeating until there’s noting but clear water on discharge, and she’s good to go. Checking with a finger will help to determine that the playing field is open and will help to evacuate any remaining water.

3. Use lots and lots of lube. Water-based lube, in and around her asshole and on your cock is absolutely mandatory. Besides, giving her hole this attention will loosen up and prepare her for penetration. Anal sex should not hurt. If it hurts, you are doing it wrong.

4. Take it slow. Particularly if you are new to the experience, it’s important that she be relaxed, take it inch by inch, letting her control the penetration until you’re all the way in. If she can only take a little bit of it, let her work up and down on that fraction and you’ll soon be all the way in.

5. Never go from her ass to her vagina. While ass-to-mouth and ass-to-vagina is very popular in porn, it is highly inadvisable in real life, and often times porn scenes are cut to give the appearance of going from one to the other when in fact there’s intermediate sanitizing or the shots are shown in non-chronological order. Even fully cleaned-out, there is bacteria and other pathogens that are just fine and healthy to have in one’s ass that can wreak havoc if they get into your girl’s vagina, or the other end of her digestive tract.
