By using Cam4 you are agreeing to all of these Terms and Conditions. We may update them once in a while, so please review them frequently!

  • The Site is brought to you by Granity Entertainment, DAC ("Granity"), operating as 'Cam4.com' and under the trade and service mark 'Cam4', and in conjunction with Granity Media Inc., an Ontario, Canada corporation and TLE Opportunities, LLC, a Delaware company, which are third-party service providers authorized by Granity to provide payment processing of transactions. References to "Cam4" and "Cam4.com" or any other "Cam4" URL or domain name owned by Granity are synonymous with Granity Entertainment, DAC.
    These Terms of Use govern your rights and responsibilities in connection with the Site. The term “Site” includes the content on that Site, all of our services provided on or through the Site and any software that we make available on or through the Site (the "Software"). You "use" the Site anytime you access (via computer, mobile device or other technology), view, link to or from, or otherwise interact or communicate with or connect to, the Site (or any parts thereof) or interact or communicate with other users through the Site (including, without limitation, on message boards, chat rooms and/or other communities established on the Site), and doing so makes you a “User”, or “Viewer”. You become a “Registered User” when you provide certain information and personal data to Cam4, which allows you to “chat” and “tip” Broadcasters. A “Broadcaster” is someone who contributes "User-Generated Content" as that term is defined below.
  • To access the Site, you agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy found at http://www.cam4.com/privacy/. You were asked if you agree to the Terms of Use and you indicated by clicking “YES” or “ENTER” that you do, and we collected your IP address and time that you made this decision to be bound by our Terms of Use.
  • Cam4 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Terms of Use at any time by posting revised Terms of Use through the Site. You are responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any modifications to this Agreement. Modifications are effective when posted, and your use of the services following any such posted modification and notice of same constitutes your acceptance of the Terms of Use as modified.

Also, if you want to use Cam4, you have to be willing and legally able to view nudity and sexual activity in your community…because you probably will.

Everything you see on Cam4 is made by third parties, not by us. Cam4 isn't responsible for any of the stuff you might see on the site!

3. Descriptions of Services

  • Cam4 acts only as a technical platform to enable Broadcasters to offer services to Users and enables Users to purchase entertainment services from Broadcasters. It does this by hosting User-generated content and Broadcastger information placed by Broadcasters in their accounts and by hosting the information Users place in their User accounts.
  • Cam4 may allow for the uploading, sharing and viewing of adult content, including sexually explicit images. Cam4 may allow you to view live video content, information and other material that has been posted by other Users. You are allowed to view this material subject to these Terms of Use. Note Cam4 is not providing a service to you, it is merely functioning as a technical platform that allows you to view the content posted by others.
  • You understand and agree that the User-generated content displayed on Cam4 is posted by third parties and Cam4 does not pre-screen or preemptively monitor such content.
  • You understand that Cam4 is not liable or responsible for content posted by third parties, and you agree to hold Cam4 harmless for any and all content you encounter via the Site and you covenant not to sue Cam4 in connection with any claim regarding content you encounter while on the Site.
  • Cam4 also features links to other websites which are not owned, controlled, censored or edited by Cam4 and which may contain information or material that some people may find inappropriate or offensive. Cam4 cannot and does not assume any liability or responsibility whatsoever for the content, decency, accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, privacy policies or practices or any other aspect of the content of such websites, and the inclusion of such a link does not imply endorsement of the website by Cam4 or any association with its operators.
  • You acknowledge that you will not claim Cam4 is liable for any damages or losses arising out of your viewing or sharing of information posted by other users, or your use of any third-party website.
  • Cam4 claims immunity from liability to the fullest extent under the law such as the immunities provided under the Communications Decency Act for content posted by third parties. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to waive, remove, or usurp such immunities.

In other words...

You don't need to make an account to view live cam broadcasts on Cam4. However, you will have to register for a free account if you want to broadcast, chat, or post anything on the site.

We will delete your account if you lie about the details when you're registering it.

  • It is imperative that you do not let anyone else use your account (you must keep your password secret and secure) and you may never use anyone else’s account, just as no one can ever use yours.
  • You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must immediately notify Cam4 if you believe there has been the slightest breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
  • You will be liable for any losses incurred by Cam4 due to the unauthorized use of your account. Cam4 is not liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account and you specifically waive any such claim and agree to defend and indemnify Cam4 against any such claims made against it by third parties.
  • You will be provided with an auto-generated password which you can change later, and you will choose your own screen name unique to you, not offensive to others, and not in violation of another’s copyright or trademark. You agree that Cam4 is the owner of all screen names you enter and provide to it.

A) You can be a broadcaster and distribute your own content through Cam4, but be aware that anyone who comes to the site may see it.

You're the owner of everything you post on Cam4, but you are allowing us to make copies and show it for promotion and redistribution under the Cam4 brand.

  • You shall be solely responsible for your own User-Generated Content and the consequences of posting or publishing content. In connection with User-Generated Content, you affirm, represent, and warrant that:
    • You own (or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use) and authorize Cam4 to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right to privacy, right to publicity, or other proprietary commercial or personal rights in and to any and all User-Generated Content to enable inclusion and use of the User-Generated Content in the manner contemplated by the Cam4 Site and these Terms of Use, and
    • You will keep all documents required by Title 18 United States Code §2257 and §2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 as required by law for yourself, and
    • any and all individuals who appear on your cam while broadcasting over the Cam4 platform and will provide same to Cam4 upon request, and
    • You agree that if you do not have sufficient identification on any individual(s) broadcasting on your cam, you will be and will remain ineligible to cash out any tokens or tips received by you in association with your account.

  • Child pornography is never allowed on Cam4.

    • Involves incest (sexual relations between family members, real or pretend)
    • May be considered obscene in your community;

    • Shows any person on cam who appears to be unconscious, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or who appears to be unaware of the presence of a cam;

  • Broadcasters shall not stream their Cam4 performance on any other site, under any circumstances.
  • Broadcasters are allowed to freely interact with other Broadcasters on the site, or they may choose to block other Broadcasters from communicating with them, and it is completely up to the Broadcaster to choose who they talk to on the site and they may ignore anyone and may ban anyone from communicating with them.
  • Broadcasters may exchange information with members of Cam4, including contact information, but Broadcasters MAY NOT use members’ information to provide webcam shows or receive payments outside of the website. If a Broadcaster sells something to a member, e.g., underwear, or performs any other miscellaneous transaction, the sale must be arranged to be exchanged for Tokens.
  • Broadcasters are not allowed to advertise commercial websites that offer live webcam streams, under any circumstances, but Broadcasters MAY mention their own profiles, homepages and wish-lists.
  • Broadcasters are not allowed to ask for members' account information or to log in using accounts that do not belong to them.
  • Broadcasters trying to deceive members by playing recorded video instead of actually performing live on webcam will be immediately banned, and any tipped Tokens will be forfeited.
  • As with registered Users, any Broadcaster who has not logged into Cam4 in the past 6 or more consecutive months, may find their account terminated and Tokens forfeited. Likewise, any Tokens tipped to or purchased by a Broadcaster will be expired if not redeemed or used within 6 months of receipt or purchase, and your Token balance will be forfeited if you are terminated for violating these Terms of Use.

It will be your choice whether or not to participate. If you “opt-in” and allow Cam4.com to record any one of your broadcasts, you will be advised of said recording and you will be responsible, as the “producer” of the content, for providing current records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257, et. seq. and you will remain in control of this User-Generated Content in the area provided to you by Cam4.com. In regard to this “best of” or otherwise designated select recording of your broadcasts, Cam4.com is not involved in the production of the material (User-Generated Content) included in this additional service, and is involved merely in the distribution of links to this material, and is consequently exempt from 2257 record keeping requirements based on limitations described in 28 C.F.R. 75.1©(4)(ii).
  • You are solely responsible for any content you post and Cam4 will investigate and take legal action, in its sole discretion, against anyone who violates these Terms of Use, including removal of the offending post from the service and termination of your account. Please note that you may not permit any other person to use your account and that you must immediately inform us of any apparent breach of security, such as loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure or use of a username or password

Your token balance might change due to purchases, refunds, chargebacks, fraud and many more reasons.

Viewer Tokens, Broadcaster Tipping and Payouts

  • Registered Users can purchase Tokens in various pre-determined quantities, for pre-determined amounts, at the sole discretion of Cam4. Tokens may be used to purchase gifts, buy memberships and tip Broadcasters.
  • Tokens are not money, they have NO redemption value and are for entertainment purposes only. Cam4 does not segregate Tokens or hold them in trust for you, and all Tokens may be commingled, which is to say we are not holding Tokens in trust or segregating them by individual User accounts. Your Token balance is updated in your account and may be viewed at any time by logging into Cam4.

  • A Broadcaster’s Account Management Tool may, at Cam4’s discretion, present a visual representation of the then current potential redemption value of Tokens tipped to you. Cam4 is not holding these amounts in trust for you, is not segregating these amounts and in fact does comingle Token values and will redeem Tokens only at its sole discretion.
  • If you are a Broadcaster who has received tips, you agree that you have received no consideration and that no value has been transferred to you until you have requested that your tipped Tokens be redeemed, you have provided all the information asked of you by Cam4 and Cam4 has agreed to redeem your tipped Tokens.
  • If you are a Broadcaster, registering to cash out your tipped tokens is easy. The identification must be in color, with all information visible and readable. An identification is required for each person on cam, no exceptions, or the account will not be approved to cash out.
  • You will then need to fill out a performer release form for each person on cam. Make sure you download a copy of the performer release form for your own records.
  • Cam4 will send to its payment service providers your government-issued photo identification, or passport, or national ID card, in order to remain compliant with PSD 2 (Payment Services Directive or Directive (EU) 2015/2366) - and Dutch Wwft (Prevention) Act (Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Prevention) Act (Wwft).

This agreement lasts for one-year, and is renewed any time you visit the Site.

  • Cam4 has developed a means to allow you to sell videos of yourself online! This ability is found on Cam4 under the offering called, “My Shop”. Of course, there are rules you must agree to in order to do this. Here are the Rules. Please read them carefully as you will be asked to acknowledge you understand them, prior to submitting your video.
  • ONLY broadcasters who have provided Cam4 with their personal information and have agreed to maintain all the information required by the law of any jurisdiction in which they sell their videos, for example the so-called “2257” record keeping requirements of United States law codified at 18 U.S.C. 2257, et. seq., are allowed to use the Cam4 platform for their video sales. Please note that it is imperative that the video you submit to Cam4 was created AFTER you provided Cam4 with your 2257 information.
  • Your videos and your effort to sell them online at Cam4 MUST comply with all the rules and regulations found on the Cam4 site. For example, YOU are responsible for the content of your videos. YOU affirm and represent and warrant that YOU own or have the right, license and consent or permission to use all trademarks and copyrights, that YOU are not violating anyone’s right to privacy, right to publicity, or other proprietary commercial or personal rights in and to any and all Content found on your video.
  • Cam4 has the right, but not the obligation, to pre-screen any video you desire to sell on the site. Likewise, Cam4 reserves the absolute right to remove any video you upload for sale on the site, for any or no reason at all.
  • Please refer specifically to the “User-Generated Content” section of Cam4’s Terms and Conditions for a list of images or activities that CANNOT be part of your videos sold on the Cam4 platform.
  • ONLY tokens can be used for purchase of your videos, and you may sell your videos ONLY on Cam4.com.
  • If you are a PURCHASER of a video that has been uploaded by a Cam4 member, or you have otherwise accessed a video sold on the Cam4 platform, please understand that by viewing the video you are acknowledging and agreeing that Cam4 is NOT the source of the video and that the user who posted the video is solely responsible for any claims or liabilities arising from or in any way related to the video. Further, you agree that Cam4 has no responsibility to pre-view or screen any of the video and you agree to release Cam4, its affiliates, successors and assigns, its officers, shareholders, directors, employees, and counselors from any and all claims and liabilities associated with, arising from or in any other way related to the video.
