1Check your Spam Folder The "Spam" Folder is located to the left of the screen in the same column as your "Inbox" folder {1}(for some, clicking the "More" option located to the left of your screen is required) {2}

2Select the email from Cam4 The subject line will say "Please complete your Cam4 registration"

3Click the button that says "Not Spam" The "Not Spam" button is located in the toolbar above your viewing pane

4Go to your Inbox Folder Open the email from Cam4 then use the included username and code to verify your account
