This upgrade does not provide new features. It cleans up some problems and makes the video and chat run faster. <\/p>\n<p>Some people are running an older version which will no longer work properly. Anyone using the old video software will not be able to load the video but the chat room will work. If you have this problem, you can find your Cam4 software version by placing you mouse over the cam4 logo above the video feed.  The current and only valid version is 3.3.1. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cam4.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/07\/cam4-version.jpg\" alt=\"cam4 version\" title=\"cam4 version\" width=\"614\" height=\"89\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-818\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If you are using an older version, it may be because the old version is cached and you are not downloading\/updating to the new version when you view cams on Cam4. You can try to clear you cache to fix the problem. How you clear your cache, depends on the browser you use. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.esqsoft.com\/html\/how-to-clear-your-browser-cache.htm\" target=_blank>Click Here<\/a> for instructions for clearing your cache on all browsers. <\/p>\n<p>If this still does not clear up the problem, please send an email to kim@cam4.biz so we can troubleshoot the problem.
