The Latin American-based CAM4 Support Team went above and beyond this week in response to the Red Rag protests happening across Colombia. Residents experiencing poverty are being urged to hang red rags in their windows as a signal that they are in need, ideally prompting passersby to drop off any food and supplies they can spare.<\/p>\n

In light of the pandemic, there has been a surge in red rags in windows, signaling mass distress and a critical lack of resources. The CAM4\u2019s Global Customer Support team heard about this and decided to act, with staff from all over world funneling resources to the team in Colombia, who then hit the streets to deliver much needed supplies.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are very proud of our Customer Support team for responding to people who don\u2019t have the resources to survive the quarantine,\u201d says CAM4\u2019s Customer Support Manager, Kim. \u201cOur Colombian team gathered and delivered food and supplies to those in need, and folks from our teams around the world sent donations to help efforts on the ground. It\u2019s a true reflection of the type of people who work on my team and we are quite moved by their kindness during these hectic times.\u201d<\/p>\n
