The advice in the 15 minute video covers a wide range of topics and offers up some sage bits of advice, including:<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Bring your own brand of lube or condoms to set, if you have preference.<\/p>\n

2.Don\u2019t brush teeth before scenes, as it can cause mini-abrasions. (Use mints or mouthwash instead.)<\/p>\n

3. Don\u2019t come to set with a cold, even if it\u2019s not an STI.<\/p>\n

4. Your mom is going to recognize you in the photos, even if you use a clever name like James Deen.<\/p>\n

And, the most humanizing point of advice: stay home from the orgy if you’ve got a cold or the flu. Luckily for me, my phone goes wherever my Internet connection is. So I can tweet about naked people from almost anywhere ;)<\/p>\n
