HIV+ Pro Wrestler Gets 32 Years Behind Bars For Unprotected Sex

A judge has sentenced Andre Davis trial to 32 years in prison for having sex with more than a dozen women and not telling them he was HIV positive.

Davis’ HIV positive status came to light when the mother of his two children, found his testing paperwork. She passed it on to many of his other girlfriends.

Davis was convicted of 14 counts of felonious assault back in November.  He had faced  up to 120 years in prison.

A judge decided today what Andre Davis did to his victims was no different than attacking them with a weapon. The prosecutor called Davis “manipulative” and a “self obsessed liar”. But before his sentencing today, the former pro wrestler tried to convince the judge he’s a changed man.

Davis never said a word during his trial, except to his attorney. Today he made his sales pitch to the judge. But the judge wasn’t buying.  Read More
